WAFERmodern is ideally suited to take your project through the completion of reconstruction. Our clients’ properties include all variations of private residences, apartment complexes, and commercial buildings.
At your service from beginning to end
We assign a project manager to oversee your reconstruction job from beginning to end.
Here’s how our process typically works:
• Project manager is assigned to the job and arranges an initial inspection.
• Project manager and property owner/manager meet to discuss the scope of work to be performed.
• Project manager prepares a scope of work document and presents it to your insurance adjuster.
• Once approved, project manager prepares a cost estimate.
• Owner/property manager executes contract outlining the work and budget.
• A project superintendent is assigned to the project and meets with owner/property manager to perform a walk-through.
• WAFERmodern interviews and selects subcontractors and schedules repairs.
• Project superintendent coordinates all work performed by subcontractors and in-house labor, and oversees material selection including flooring, paint, cabinetry, fixtures, doors, windows and treatments, hardware, roofing, trim and millwork.
• Project superintendent oversees inspections and conducts final walk-through with owner.
